a nice visit!

friendly staffgreat breakfastfree parkingpoor service
the breakfast was amazing!!! the team at the restaurant were especially attentive. the free parking was very helpful. i also appreciated the willingness to grant a late checkout, especially with such a friendly attitude.
i found that the dinner table service was not great. the staff seemed young and possibly lacked training on customer attention. plates and glasses remained uncleared for quite some time after our meal. i expected better service from a hotel of this caliber.
Rooms
9/10
the family room was exceptionally clean, and the garden view provided a relaxing backdrop. the bed sizes accommodated everyone comfortably, a big plus for a family with young children. extra towels and bath amenities were also available.

The gardens were beautiful and well-kept, a perfect backdrop for a tender stroll. i loved the orangerie and the salon leading into it. Both were beautifully designed. breakfast offered many fresh choices. the staff were friendly and professional, always willing to help with our needs, which i appreciated.
The dinner table service was lacking. Empty plates remained for too long after we finished our meal. i felt the staff could have been more attentive to customer needs.
