a nice visit!
friendly staff great breakfast free parking
the breakfast was amazing!!! the team at the restaurant were especially attentive. the free parking was very helpful. i also appreciated the willingness to grant a late checkout, especially with such a friendly attitude.
i found that the dinner table service was not great. the staff seemed young and possibly lacked training on customer attention. plates and glasses remained uncleared for quite some time after our meal. i expected better service from a hotel of this caliber.

the family room was clean, and the garden view provided a relaxing backdrop. the bed sizes accommodated everyone comfortably, a big plus for a family with young children. extra towels and bath amenities were also available.

beautiful gardens tender stroll fresh choices professional staff
The gardens were beautiful and well kept, a perfect backdrop for a tender stroll. i loved the orangerie and the salon leading into it. Both were beautifully designed. breakfast offered many fresh choices. the staff were friendly and professional, always willing to help with our needs, which i appreciated.

The premium room garden view had two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table, very nice. there was a coffee maker and an iron available in the room. Both were useful. the beds were wide and very comfortable.

Staff are very cute. They were very helpful indeed. the hotel is easily accessible from the city center by bus, this i found to be useful. i could always find someone to assist me if i needed it, which gave me a sense of comfort.

breakfast presented a great selection of foods, everything tasted delicious. the italian restaurant provided a varied menu with lots of choice. the dining room offered a lovely ambience that contributed to our dining experience and i really liked it.

satisfactory stay
helpful team classy decorations poor service young staff
rachel in the reservations team was really good she rebooked our stay when one of our guests could not travel. the breakfast was excellent the hotel decorations for xmas were classy.
overall our experience was good but the table service for dinner was not great. the staff are too young they are not trained to attend to customers empty plates and glasses were left on our table after main courses.

the hotel possesses excellent grounds, showcasing meticulous landscaping. the architecture is stately and grand. i found the bed to be very comfy, promising restful nights. the building's design is fine.
Table service was a bit slow during dinner. I felt the staff could use more training. i observed empty plates remaining on the table longer than expected after we finished our meals.

The breakfast was good (I especially liked the variety of options).
My room needed some attention, because the surfaces were not very clean. The bathroom especially looked like it was not cleaned well. It was a very disappointing visit.

the room was very clean. it had all the facilities i required. the breakfast was tasty with many options (especially the coffee!).
the location is convenient if you need to be near the university, but there is not much else within walking distance.
